Craig Miloscia is an award-winning industrial designer whose work has contributed to wins from Time Magazine, the Industrial Designers Society of America, and International Design Magazine. Craig began his career in Industrial design, creating products for clients as diverse as Siemens, Moen, Thermador and more. In recent years he and his firm, Optic Lingo, based in Munroe Falls, Ohio, have branched out into all design disciplines, including environmental, graphic and web design.

Tom is an award-winning copywriter with two decades of professional writing experience. His work includes consumer communications for some of the world’s most recognized brands: Wells Fargo, Epson, Microsoft, Yahoo!, Harry & David, Toyota, and others. Tom is sought out by clients for his unique ability to understand business needs, including branding issues, sales goals, competitive landscapes, market forces/trends and even current events. Tom communicates with wit and charm, but always with the purpose of achieving the client’s objective. Tom has extensive experience in: General Advertising, Strategy Development, Catalog Writing, Web banners, Public Relations, and Social Media.

STEPHEN KAMYKOWSKI
Stephen brings unique perspective to Optic Lingo. He has helped many firms bring new and revamped products to life. He examines market research, creates design strategies, and works with engineering teams to develop targeted deliverables. Stephen earned his design degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Stephen has served as a local design officer, he supports various national design institutions; including the Industrial Design Society of America, and the American Institute of Graphic Design.

In addition to her top-notch business skills, Sara brings real-world office management experience to our team. She travels regularly overseas to meet with manufacturers and oversees production of orders. Sara has held business and supervisory positions with all size companies.
